Learning Through Practice
Workshops at Vanamu are hands-on learning experiences grounded in real work.
We focus on natural building, urban ecological systems, water and sanitation solutions, urban agriculture, and regenerative design practices. Each workshop is built around lived experience — shaped by years of practice, correction, and refinement.
Workshops are not demonstrations.
They are working classrooms.
Participants learn by doing.

How Workshops Work
Workshops are hosted:
- At Vanamu in North Bangalore
- In collaboration with partner organizations and communities
Each workshop varies in duration and scope. Details are provided with each announcement.
All participants are expected to engage actively and respectfully.
Continuity of Learning
Workshops are often the first step.
Those seeking deeper immersion may continue through volunteering or apprenticeship pathways.
Learning at Vanamu unfolds gradually — skill deepens with practice.
