Week 7: Basic 3D modelling with Autocad
Week 9: Advanced modelling exercises and Second Partial exam
Revit Architecture
Week 10: Intro to Revit Architecture and Modeling Basics
The Test will be in 3 parts
Part 1: 5 marks
Autocad 3D objective type
Before you attend your first partial test, you are to take this online test. At the end of the test you will send me your test results of your first attempt.
This test is a mock test of the part A of the first partial exam.
Part 2: 10 marks
Autocad 3D Practicals
You will be given the plan elevation and section of a model and will be expected to model it accurately.
Part 3: 5 MArks
REVIT 3D practicals
You will be given sample drawings (plan, elevation and a section) of a small building. You are expected to model it including
- Datum elements (grids and levels)
- Floors and Roofs
- Walls
- Curtain Walls
- Doors and Windows
